  • 72-Hour Window: You have 72 hours from the time your order is delivered to report any issues or initiate a return.
  • Insurance Assessment: All returns are processed through our insurance coverage to assess any losses, damages, or defects. This protects both you and us and ensures a fair resolution.
  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, print errors on our part, or damage during shipping. Custom-designed items approved by the client are not eligible unless there is a production flaw.
  • Resolution: Once our insurance assessment is complete (typically within 5–7 business days), we'll offer a reprint, replacement, or refund based on the findings.

24-Hour Rush Orders

Order & Turnaround Policy

Order Turnaround Options

ATX Custom Clothing offers multiple turnaround options based on the customer's production needs.

Emergency
3-Hour Rush Orders

3-hour orders are considered emergency rush orders and are subject to availability. The customer must provide all required artwork, product details, quantities, sizes, and other necessary information before production can begin.

Because of the extremely short production window, ATX Custom Clothing reserves the right to use any previously approved mockup, design option, product, or production method that can reasonably be completed within the requested timeframe.

Express
24–48 Hour Rush Orders

24–48 hour orders are considered rush orders and are subject to production availability. Customers must provide all required information and approve artwork promptly to maintain the requested turnaround time.

Due to the expedited production schedule, ATX Custom Clothing reserves the right to use any approved mockup or design option that is available and capable of being completed within the required timeframe if the customer's preferred option becomes unavailable or cannot be completed in time.

Standard
2-Week Standard Orders

Standard orders have an estimated turnaround time of up to two weeks. Standard production allows for additional time to source products, prepare artwork, make adjustments, and complete production.

Customers will be given the opportunity to review and approve applicable artwork or mockups before production.

Customer Approval

Production timelines begin once ATX Custom Clothing has received all required order information, payment, artwork, and approvals necessary to begin production.

Delays caused by missing information, late artwork approval, requested changes, unavailable products, or circumstances outside of ATX Custom Clothing's control may affect the estimated completion time.

Design & Product Availability

ATX Custom Clothing makes every effort to fulfill the customer's preferred design, garment, product, color, and production method. However, availability may change, particularly for rush orders.

For 24-hour rush orders, ATX Custom Clothing reserves the right to use any previously approved mockup, design, product option, or available production method when the customer's preferred option is unavailable or cannot reasonably be produced within the requested turnaround time.

For 3-hour and 24–48 hour rush orders, ATX Custom Clothing reserves the right to substitute an unavailable product, design option, approved mockup, color, or comparable production option when reasonably necessary to meet the customer's requested deadline.

This may be necessary due to product availability, supplier limitations, production capacity, material availability, or the extremely short production window associated with rush orders.

When possible, ATX Custom Clothing will notify the customer before making a substitution. However, by approving a 24-hour rush order, the customer acknowledges that the fastest available approved option may be used when necessary to meet the requested deadline.

Any substitution will be made with the goal of maintaining the overall appearance, quality, and intended purpose of the customer's order.

Rush Order Disclaimer

Rush turnaround times are estimates based on production availability and are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by ATX Custom Clothing in writing.

By placing a rush order, the customer acknowledges that expedited production may require flexibility regarding available products, designs, colors, and production options.

ATX Custom Clothing reserves the right to decline a rush order if the requested deadline cannot reasonably be met.
