We can turn around simple DTF or vinyl orders in as little as 24 hours — but it depends on quantity, design complexity, and our current production schedule. Reach out directly and we'll give you an honest assessment. If we can't hit your deadline, we'll tell you upfront.

Never. Every item goes through our full quality control process — regardless of turnaround time. Each piece is individually inspected before packaging. The only difference on rush orders is the schedule, not the standard. If we can't deliver at our quality level within your timeline, we'll be honest and tell you upfront rather than compromise.

It depends on the stage. During the check-in phase, minor adjustments are often possible. Once items are actively being printed or embroidered, changes become difficult — and on 24-hour timelines, we move fast. That's why we emphasize getting design approval locked in early. We'll always do our best to accommodate.

Embroidery requires digitizing and longer machine time, so it's not available for 24-hour turnaround. For embroidery, we recommend a minimum of 3–5 business days. If you need something faster, DTF or vinyl can often achieve a similar look on a tighter timeline.
