ATX Custom Clothing provides custom apparel and merchandise printing services including but not limited to:

• Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing
• Sublimation printing

• Vinyl printing and heat transfer
• Custom design and mockup creation
• Rush order printing services

All services are subject to availability and acceptance of your order.

Orders & Quotes

• All quotes provided are estimates and may be subject to change based on final design specifications, quantities, and materials.
• A finalized order requires written approval of the design mockup and agreed-upon pricing.
• Turnaround times begin once final design approval and payment are received.
• Rush orders are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice.
• Bulk discounts may be available — please contact us for custom pricing.
• Payment terms will be specified in your quote or invoice.
• All sales are final once production has begun, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Design & Artwork

• By submitting artwork or designs to us, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for the use of that artwork.
• You grant ATX Custom Clothing a limited license to reproduce your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
• We reserve the right to refuse any design that we deem infringing, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

Limitation of Liability

ATX Custom Clothing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
